What is BURN180’s Return Policy?

We stand by our products with a 100% Satisfaction Guaranteed - if you are not satisfied with your purchase, simply return the product unopened and unused, in the same condition in which it was received including accessories and packaging
along with the original receipt in accordance with this Return Policy.

If you purchase the product directly from BURN180, then you may return the product within 45 days of the date of receipt of goods for a refund based upon the original payment method. Any returns after this period will not be accepted. Once
we receive your qualifying return and approve your refund, your refund will be credited to the original form of payment. In addition, please note the following:

- Exact return addresses will be provided by our Customer Experience Team during the return process.

Personalized items and items marked final sale cannot be returned or exchanged.

Products can be returned only in the country or region in which they were originally purchased.

BURN180 products purchased through other retailers must be returned directly to them in accordance with their respective return policy.

All returns are subject to validation and approval at BURN180’s discretion.

How do I start a return?

For U.S. orders placed on Burn180.com:
1. Please contact our Customer Experience Team at info@burn180.com
2. Once we receive your request and the return has been authorized, a member of our Customer Experience Team will provide you with the return address details and a Return Authorization Form to be completed and sent back to us in your return package. Please keep in mind, we do not cover or reimburse the shipping cost for the return. We recommend that you keep your tracking information, as we are not responsible for lost packages by the carrier.
3. Once we receive the return, please allow approximately 5 business days for your return to be processed. You will receive an email confirmation when your return is processed.
4. Once we issue the refund, please allow up to 10 business days for it to reflect in your original method of payment. Refunds for returns apply to the purchase price of the item(s) only. We regret that we are unable to refund your original shipping and handling charges, if applicable, unless the return was a result of our error or subject to the BURN180 warranty. Please note all returns must include the completed Return Authorization Form. Products returns must be received by BURN180 within 45 days of purchase. Only authorized returns will be processed.

How are refunds credited?

If the product is returned in accordance with this Return Policy, BURN180 will credit your original form of payment and any applicable taxes (excluding shipping and handling charges).

What is your exchange policy?

We are unable to offer exchanges by mail at this time.

What if my item(s) arrive incorrect or damaged?

If you received an incorrect or damaged item, please contact our Customer Experience Team at info@burn180.com with your order number and description of the incorrect or damaged order. We will promptly get back to you.
BURN180 stands behind the quality of our products. If your item arrives with a defect or does not continue to provide full functionality, we will gladly replace the item once the original item is returned and it is confirmed defective. If you believe any item you have received is defective, please e-mail info@burn180.com to initiate the replacement process.
